You MUST purchase a general admission ticket separately for the benefit package to be valid.

Each customer can buy a maximum of 4 VVIP/VIP packages (combined)  per city.

VVIP AND VIP BENEFIT

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your ticket order. All tickets will be sent to the same email approximately 3 weeks prior to the event.

• VVIP and VIP tickets can be purchased on behalf of your friends, and all names of you/your companion can be entered when the tickets are sent to your email and ready to be downloaded.

• Only VVIP/VIP tickets will be numbered, the earlier you purchase the VVIP/VIP ticket, the better your queue number. Your queue numbers will be provided upon check-in on the event date by staff.

• Tickets held in your basket in checkout will be held for a short period during your browser session, and if checkout is not completed in time, they will be released back for sale.

• Your group photos will be sent to you via email 3 weeks after the event. If you haven’t received them by then, please contact us at help@sokollab.com.

• No minor under 16 will be permitted into the venues unless accompanied by a responsible adult (parent/guardian). ALL parents and guardians will need to have their own General Admission ticket for entry, and the same VVIP or VIP package ticket if the minor has a package ticket as well.

• Personal filming and photography on phones or any other device is STRICTLY PROHIBITED during fan engagements, however you can film and take photos during the main show. Staff will inform you once the photography ban is lifted.

• All ticket admin fees are included in the price.
