Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Please contact us if you need to return an item for any reason.

If returns are sent without letting us know, your order returns will likely be delayed.

 

Faulty Goods

If your order arrives with faulty goods, please contact us and we will do what we can to help.

We will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge.  

Please notify us within 28 days of receipt of the item about your issue, and return the item to us within 14 days once the refund/exchange has been approved by us otherwise a refund/exchange may be refused.

 

Unwanted Goods

If you have changed your mind or no longer want an item you purchased, please contact us within 28 days of receipt to arrange a return. Once your unwanted goods return is arranged and approved by us, please ensure you return the items to us within 14 days.

Eligibility for Returns of Unwanted Goods

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging and suitable for resale.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods and we recommend obtaining proof of postage and sending with tracking.

A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made once the return is received and processed.

 

Exchanging Goods

If you would like to exchange any items, please contact us within 28 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. Once your item exchange is arranged and approved by us, please ensure you return the items to us within 14 days.

Eligibility for Exchanging Goods

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging and suitable for resale.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.  

 

Changing or Cancelling an Order

To cancel or change your order please contact us and we will do what we can to assist you.

It may not be possible to cancel or amend your order if we have already begun processing it.

If the order has already been dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel the order. On receipt of the order you would need to contact us to arrange return of the order at your cost. Shipping costs are not refundable when the order is cancelled/unwanted.

If the order has not yet been dispatched and we have not begun to process the order, we will try to cancel the order and issue the refund.

We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion, and the customer will be refunded any costs from the order transaction. Notification will be made to explain the reasoning where this scenario occurs.

 

Will Any Return Costs Be Refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part, or because it's damaged or defective, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return.

We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

 

How Will I Receive My Refund If My Payment Card Has Changed/Expired?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired your bank will typically redirect the funds for you to your replacement card or linked account.

 

When Will I Receive My Refund?

We aim to action all refunds within 5 working days of receiving the goods back and it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your card, depending on your card/payment provider.

Yes. All items that we stock here at SOKOLLAB are official. They are directly sourced from Korea and go through official channels to get to us.

SOKOLLAB only sells official merchandise. By exclusively selling authentic items that go through official channels, we are able to directly support the industry, artists and local Korean businesses. This also means we can guarantee the quality of our products and services. 

Our purchasing team follow strict criteria to ensure compliance with trading standards and regulations.

All our online orders are shipped from an EU warehouse after being imported from Korea. We do not ship directly from our stores.

Feel free to message us across any of our social media accounts and our team will note down your requests and pass it onto our purchasing department. Please note that these requests are just suggestions and will not always be fulfilled as there are many factors that impact being able to import a product.

Unless there is a reprint due for that particular SKU, the majority of the time if it is limited edition then we are not able to restock it.

Please be aware that not all of our preorder product listings come with preorder benefits. Kindly check the inclusions list in the product description to see if there are preorder, first press, or other benefits included. They will not be included unless stated.

Posters are sent folded.  We do not currently ship in poster tubes.

We will normally issue out a notice across our social media if a preorder is available for an album.

You can also check our website for new items and preorders here.

If your order contains multiple items we will normally only ship once all items are available to send.  You may want to place separate orders instead for preorder and non preorder items.

Your order will be shipped out as soon as it has reached our warehouse here in the EU and we have processed your order.

Please note that our warehouse and retail stores receive deliveries at different times.

Each preorder listing has an estimated ship-out date from the EU warehouse (this date may be subject to change due to unforeseeable circumstances) so keep an eye out for that date in the product description when pre-ordering with us.

We aim to dispatch all orders out in 1-3 working days (where the order does not contain preorders). Delivery times depend on the courier service used for your order.

Please note that delivery is not guaranteed within these timeframes and can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations.

We will wait till all the items are available (the preordered item needs to arrive into our depot) before dispatch of all items together.  If you wish for a quick dispatch of the in-stock items first, please do order them separately from any preorder items.

Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse in The Netherlands. Please check if there are any import or customs fees for items shipped from The Netherlands to your location.

It is important not to open any items that are unwanted, as this affects our ability to return them to stock and reduces the options for resolving your issue. 

For items sent incorrectly or damaged we aim to exchange or fully refund when unopened and in resalable condition. If we don't have this option available we will discuss the other options with you.
