Here’s the full schedule for the PSYCHIC FEVER fan meet in Berlin!

Please make sure to download all your tickets and carefully read the information below to ensure you're fully prepared for the event day.

Check In at Metropol

Please present your VVIP, VIP, or Selfie Ticket along with your General Admission ticket when you arrive for check in. Remember, VVIP/VIP/Selfie Tickets are not valid without purchase of a General Admission ticket.
We recommend all guests to bring their ID that matches the name on their tickets. If the ticket is under a different name, please ensure that person accompanies you during check in.
Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket.

Selfie Tickets

All selfie sessions will start at/around 4PM. Once you have picked up your tickets, staff will direct you to the main hall.
VVIP & VIP ticket holders with selfie tickets need to join the selfie line up after checkin, otherwise you'll miss your selfie session!

After your selfie session:

General Admission ticket holders must exit the venue and return when their line up begins.
VVIP (with selfie tickets) will stay inside the main hall. Once the VVIP line up starts (for those without selfie tickets), staff will bring the remaining VVIPs and reorganise the line in the order of your queue numbers for the next fan engagement.
VIP ticket holders (with selfie tickets) will be moved to another room by staff, and the remaining VIPs (without selfie tickets) will join them once VIP line up begins.

VVIP & VIP Ticket Holders

VVIP/VIP will receive their queue number, Special MD pack, lanyard, and wristband at check in. Please keep your wristband and lanyard on at all times as they are required for access to all your fan engagements.
VVIP & VIP ticket holders with selfie tickets must join the selfie line by line up time, otherwise you’ll miss your selfie sessions.
All VVIP/VIP ticket holders will remain in order of their queue numbers throughout all fan engagements. Staff will do checks to ensure everyone is in the correct order.
No photos or filming are allowed during ANY fan engagements.
Once the main show ends, all VVIP will need to remain inside the main hall for the send off and VIP & General admission ticket holders will be instructed to leave.

Merchandise

VVIP & VIP ticket holders will be able to pick up all their preordered merchandise during check in.
Any VVIP/VIP who haven't preordered or collected their items during check in will still be able to purchase merchandise and collect merchandise from 5:00PM until 10PM.
For all other attendees, the merch store will be open for both purchases and merch collection from 6:30PM until 10PM.
