The NMIXX Zero Frontier Official Pop Up is coming to Amsterdam!

📅 DATES: 2026.03.18 (Wednesday) - 2026.03.22 (Sunday)

OPENING HOURS: 11:00-18:00 (CET)

(Extended opening hours until 20:00PM on Thursday, March 19)

This pop up has ticketed time slots. Ticket time slot holders will have priority over those visitors without tickets, during busy times when capacity is reached.

[QUEUE & ADMISSION]

  • Entry to the pop-up store is available through the on-site entrance. Priority is given to customers booking via the electronic queue management system. Please follow the on-site instructions carefully.
  • Chairs and tents are not allowed while waiting.
  • Accessibility entry available. Ask at the store entrance.
  • Admission will proceed in order after the opening and waiting times may vary depending on the situation.
  • Overnight outdoor waiting is not allowed. We are not responsible for night time safety, and the line may be cleared.

 

[STORE POLICY]

  • CCTV is in operation inside the store for safety.
  • Due to limited quantities, certain products and giveaways may sell out early.
  • Food and beverages are not allowed inside the store.
  • We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring within the store.
  • Photos and videos taken inside the pop-up store may be uploaded on official channels, SNS, and media.
  • Commercial filming without prior consent is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the store except service animals.
  • Visitors should follow the crowd control arrangements and instructions of pop-up store staff.

 

[PURCHASE POLICY]

  • Payments can be made by credit card, debit card and AMEX.
  • Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay are accepted.
  • No Cash payments.
  • Product quality should be checked after payment is completed. Minor manufacturing differences will not be considered as defects or faulty.
  • The purchase limit per person may vary depending on the situation.

 

[EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY]

  • Exchanges will only be processed once approved by store staff.
  • If the purchased product is faulty, it can be exchanged or refunded on the purchase date with the receipt or proof of payment.
  • Faulty items can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
  • Non-faulty refunds will be at the discretion of the staff member.
  • Non-faulty exchange items must be in unopened, like new condition with all original packaging and subject to availability.
  • If the item you want to exchange is sold out, it may be exchanged for another product. If the new product is more expensive, the price difference must be paid.
  • Free event giveaways must be returned along with the refunded product. This also applies to refunds/exchanges whereby the resulting difference in price invalidates the Free event giveaway conditions.

Exchanges may not be possible in the following cases:

  • If there are signs of use or wear
  • Missing or damaged packaging/labels/tags
  • If the product is damaged due to customer negligence.
  • If there are minor dents, scratches, or press marks (5MM or less) on event giveaways.
  • The final decision on exchanges and refunds rests with the store management team.

Actions which violate the above policies, terms & conditions, causes disruption, disrespect and discomfort to other visitors and staff, or involve inappropriate behaviour may result in entry being refused or removal from the store.
