- All merchandise will require card payments only, however please bring cash for plastic bags.

- To enter the pop-up, you’ll need to place an order via the Jumki app. Be sure to read the FAQ to prepare ahead of time.

ORDER & SALES

Q. What will be in-stock at the pop-up store?

Pop-up stores will have much more official merchandise in stock compared to the concert venue. For more details on what merch we’ll be stocking at the pop-up store, visit: ateezgoods.com/md

Q. How do I enter the pop-up store? 

• Download and register on the Jumki App (available on the App Store or Play Store).

• Make sure your phone has the latest software update, location services and notifications turned on before your visit.

•  You’ll need to be within 1KM of the pop-up store to access the merch order page.

After placing your order, you’ll receive a QR code and entry notification when it’s your turn to enter. Inside, there will be a queue for those who opt to pay in-store. If you’ve already paid through the app, you can go straight to collecting your items.

** Please note, the merch order page will only be accessible during the pop-up store’s operating hours (11AM to 7PM)

Q. Do I need to use the Jumki app to enter the pop-up store?

Yes, all merchandise orders for the ATEEZ EU Pop-Up stores will be handled through the Jumki app.

Q. How long will the wait for the pop-up be? Can I leave the area?

The waiting time will depend on the number of people ahead of you in the queue. As we’re expecting it to be quite busy, we appreciate your patience and understanding during your visit. We’ll be working as quickly as we can to ensure you have a smooth experience with us!

We recommend staying a close distance to the pop-up store until you can pick up your item.

Q. Is there a fitting room to try on merchandise?

No, but there will be merchandise on display at the pop-up so you can check the sizes and modify your order before picking up your items.

Q. Can I pay at the pop-up store instead?

Yes, you can choose to either pay in-store or via the app to reduce waiting time.

Q. Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

Q. Do you accept cash?

Cash will only be accepted for the sale of bags. Bags will be priced at €0.50 per bag. 

All merchandise has to be bought using card payment methods.

Q. Will there be preorders open this time? Are there purchase limits for the pop-up store merchandise?

No, we’re not able to offer preorders for merchandise and there won’t be any purchase limits for any items.

Q. Will sold-out items be restocked on each day?

No, all merchandise will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the app will show if an item is sold out at the pop-up store.

Q. Can I add more items to my order?

Yes, you can keep adding to your order right up until you’re ready to go collect your items. With merchandise on display in-store, you’ll have the chance to make changes and add items to your order.

Please note: Once your QR code is scanned by staff during checkout, no additional items can be added to your order.

Q. What if I wasn’t able to pick up my order in time?

Orders are allowed to be picked up on the same day. If your order isn’t collected by the end of the day, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be automatically processed.

Q. Can I bring someone with me to the pop-up store?

No, we will only be able to accommodate those who’ve placed an order for the pop-up merchandise. However, if you need help carrying your items, are a minor, or require special assistance, you’re welcome to bring one additional person to assist you!

Q. Could I get someone else to collect my order?

Yes, they will need to have your QR code to pick up the item. However, these QR codes are valid for one-time use only, so we advise you to not share your QR code around.

Q. Do I need to bring my own bags?

Yes, we would highly recommend bringing your own bags to carry the merchandise. Bags will be available for sale on site and only cash can be accepted for the bags, so please do come prepared.

Q. Help! I’m experiencing issues signing up to the Jumki app

If you’re unable to register for the Jumki app, email help@sokollab.com with a screenshot of the issue, your phone model, current software version and we’ll help flag this up to the Jumki app team.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q. Can I cancel my order through the app?

Orders can be cancelled through the app before you go to pick up your order in-store.

To cancel your order, just follow these steps on the app: 

Orders > Cancel Order > Refund.

Q. Are exchanges or refunds allowed after payment is taken? 

Yes, exchanges and refunds are allowed. If you’ve already paid and collected your order, simply visit the pop-up store again to show proof of payment and collection on the app for a refund/exchange.
